A Day in the Life
As the Commercial Director for our Professional Products Division (PPD) in Kyiv, Ukraine, you’ll lead the charge for some of the most iconic professional haircare brands: L’Oréal Professionnel, Matrix, Biolage, Redken, and Kérastase. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee a team of 6 direct reports, driving growth and innovation in the professional beauty market.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales and market share growth across all brands, leveraging strategic thinking to anticipate market trends and opportunities.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data literacy to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and performance metrics, ensuring informed decision-making and agile strategy adjustments.
- Team Empowerment: Lead, coach, and inspire your team, focusing on team building & development to foster collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Customer Partnerships: Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, using negotiation skills to secure win-win partnerships and long-term growth.
- Problem-Solving Excellence: Tackle challenges head-on with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring smooth operations and innovative solutions to drive business success.
- P&L Management: Drive profitability and ensure alignment with business objectives.
We Are Looking For
You’re a great match if you:
- Have a strong background in Strategic Thinking, Data Literacy, and Negotiation Skills.
- Are a proven leader in Team Building & Development, with a track record of inspiring and growing high-performing teams.
- Excel in Problem-Solving and building customer-centric strategies and partnerships.
- Hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Are fluent in English (at least upper intermediate).
