Key job Accountability

Source and cultivate appropriate brand, retailer & industry partnerships to drive qualified traffic to store.  Nurture relationships with high value clients to drive service, experience, sales to enhance brand loyalty. Provide coaching to BAs to ensure appropriate data capture, including observational data and the delivery of personalized service to individual client preferences.

Recruit Relevant Data 

  • Identify same location partners within proximity 
  • Offer services to similar partners [landlords, concierge, in mall  DS Boutique managers & head of clienteling] 
  • Networking within Local luxury field, banking clients, partner with marketing to activate meaningful partnerships 
  • Work on partnership strategy and monthly calendar to animate &generate traffic driver with relevant customer audience 

Detect Client Data Preferences: Data Analytics 

  • Implement and monitor the Behavior in store tracker (BA portal)  - Know your top 30 clients
  • Work and liaise closely with marketing and CRM teams to leverage on key analytics to build action plan 

Initate VIP Experiences 

  • Follow up on relevant moments to be addressed to VIP customers; work with marketing on communications and outreach via BACC
  • Initiate events Active customer conversion by leveraging on in-store eventing for Hallmarks/ New launches

Evaluate & Monitor Activations 

  • Monitor and coach store team and each BA’s on their clienteling KPI’s
  • Weekly chat coaching per BA on BACC
  • Partner with marketing and retail to provide assets to the store team to always increase the level of service in the store
  • Evaluate performance of each BA and In Store event initiatives taken and keep improving the model to better scale 

Profile & Skills

  • Proven experience in a client-facing, partnership role within the luxury field 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create strong partnerships and coach a team 
  • Passion for this industry with ideal existing network
  • Ability to think creatively and execute with excellence for in-store and online personalized communication
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to use systems
