As a dynamic leader you will lead, drive and inspire the business planning and broader multi-functional team by aligning strategy and driving organisational excellence, support and challenge the construction of the commercial forecast. 

 

The Business Planning Manager will liaise with key stakeholders including the commercial director, key account managers and brand managers to develop and deliver insight across all accounts and channels with regard to business targets. This exciting role places the successful candidate at the heart of Luxe commercial team and offers the opportunity to operate cross-functionally and work closely with diverse teams.

 

 

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Own and facilitate cross-functional  business planning processes and collaboration initiatives to facilitate effective decision-making & communication that enables smooth delivery of business targets
  • Demonstrate effective leadership through true team work & thoughtful process-driven analysis, as well as implementation of Business Planning vision and strategy.
  • Bring customer centric views and drive organizational excellence through adherence to planning goals, processes and agendas
  • Track in-month invoiced sales versus forecast and report weekly on any key changes in the short-term horizon and ancipate risks and opportunities
  • Provide objective analysis, insight and knowledge of divisional sales turnover at a detailed account & market level
  • Direct critical business deliverables in collaboration with finance & operations teams to ensure month-end business targets are achieved and clearly communicated
  • Champion and maximize business planning processes to ensure ongoing development of best practice & adherence to agreed ways of working
  • Ensure that the promo forecast is units is always up to date along with the promo investment
  • Build a promo library and consolidate the promo plan template
  • Consolidate the launches of sets (coffret) tracker
  • Monitor the SIT and flag issues with strategic costumers
  • Guarantee the quality of O+O commercial forecast (offline and online) and coordinate Month, Quarter and Year End turnover landing
  • Be aware of global shopper specificity of Luxe and escalate communications to ManCom 

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in Account Management or Sales Planning environment 
  • Ability to engage and positively influence internal & external stakeholders.
  • Applies business and management expertise to achieve financial and operational objectives across all functions
  • Be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and simplify complex messages. 
  • Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems
  • Strong financial and commercial business acumen
