- Assist in data collection and preliminary analysis: Support the team in gathering, cleaning, and organizing key business data related to sales, market trends, consumer behavior, and promotional activities.
- Contribute to sales and forecast monitoring: Help track monthly sell-in, sell-out, and stock-in-trade data, contributing to reports that highlight performance against targets.
- Support promotional performance reviews: Learn to analyze the impact of promotional campaigns, assisting in understanding uplift, cannibalization, and overall effectiveness.
- Aid in budget and trend construction: Provide analytical support to commercial and finance teams during the preparation of budgets and ongoing business trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations: Help in developing clear, concise, and impactful reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
- Become proficient in commercial tools: Learn to use our commercial forecasting system and other sales analysis tools, becoming a supportive user for the team.
- Contribute to process improvement: Identify and suggest ways to optimize data handling and reporting processes, focusing on enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication: Assist in relaying crucial information between sales teams, supply chain, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless operations and aligned planning.

- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- You have a meticulous eye for detail and a structured, organized approach to tasks.
- You are a recent graduate (within the last 1-2 years) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or another relevant quantitative field.
- You are skilled in using Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is an advantage.
- You are fluent in English, both orally and in written form.
- You are eager to learn, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative, international team setting.
