A Day in the Life
As Brand Business Leader, you report to the Brand General Manager and lead the business agenda. You combine consumer insight, P&L ownership and integrated marketing to grow reach and relevance across mass channels while protecting the brand patrimony.
Key responsibilities
- Strategy & Insights: Drive consumer and market insight collection and translate into strategic briefs for NPD and local execution.
- Brand & Portfolio: Own brand identity and portfolio choices; lead launch and lifecycle decisions to maximize salience and value.
- Commercial & P&L: Define commercial plans, media & promo recommendations and oversee P&L performance and forecasting.
- Activation & Execution: Build 360° IMC/Digital/Retail plans and ensure consistent implementation across online, in‑store and trade touchpoints.
- Cross‑functional Leadership: Mobilise Sales, Supply, Education and agencies to meet deadlines and deliver business KPIs.
We Are Looking For
You are a strategic, hands‑on leader with FMCG marketing experience, able to inspire teams and drive commercial outcomes. Degree not mandatory. Thai and English -- fluent.
