We're seeking a highly motivated Activation Manager to drive growth for Kérastase and Matrix & Biolage brands in the Baltic market. If you possess a deep understanding of the beauty industry, a strong knowledge of the Baltic market, and a passion for building brands, we encourage you to apply!
As Brand Activation Manager Baltics you will:
- Lead the adaptation and execution of HUB and Baltic marketing strategies (launches, promotions, National Activity Plan) into impactful local activations, ensuring alignment with budget and sales targets for both Kérastase and Matrix & Biolage.
- Lead the development and execution of advocacy and PR initiatives for mentioned brands in the Baltic countries.
- Monitor brand performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations to management and the HUB marketing team.
- Oversee the creation and adaptation of all brand communication materials in Baltic languages.
- Work with sales teams to develop channel-specific action plans (direct, e-commerce, premium retail) that align brand strategies and sales needs.
- Manage and execute sales initiatives within budget and timeframe, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Equip sales teams with timely, compelling, and comprehensive sales support tools and materials to effectively execute NAP.
- Collaborate closely with the HUB Brand Managers and Baltic Education Manager to ensure alignment on brand strategies.
- Manage A&P marketing budget for the Baltics.
- Ensure strong brands visibility and impactful presence in hair salons, perfumeries and e-commerce.
- Develop and share key insights on local consumer behavior, category trends, and field observations.
- Act as „guardian” of the brand equities and strategies in Baltics.
To succeed in the role you will need:
- Have ability to work independently, are self-motivation and know how to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in brand activation or brand management.
- Knowledge about local market dynamics and environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and team working skills.
- Analytical mind and ability to work in a complex environment.
- Highly collaborative with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced level of English and Latvian, Lithuanian or Estonian as native language.
