What You Will Learn:
The Brand Activation Analyst collaborates in defining the Data activities, roadmap, and structures, its main data applications, according to the business needs, market trends, and the global landscape.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect/analyze sell-in/sell-out data, distributor inventory levels.
- Group, classify, and format collected data and information.
- Develop and create activity dashboards/tracking tools of RGM performance according to business needs.
- Analyze the performance of Business, marketing, and financial operations thanks to KPIs. Also using Syndicated, Prescription & Consumer Research data.
- Develop consumer & medical research in line with Global division requirements.
- Establish recommendations and be a source of proposals on analysis.
- Contribute to the activities of the operational maintenance of BI and Big Data solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics and data processes.
- Cross-reference data from the sales force, market studies (internal and external), and marketing in order to have a comprehensive overall understanding of the business. (Medical, Marketing & Sales Data).
- Conducts RGM analyses with multifunctional teams (marketing, brand, commercial, BD, Finance, CMI
- Maintains average consumer prices and Pack price architecture (Category, Product, Channel & Customer mix management; Promotional schemes and ROI per brand, account, pack type; Retail selling story and trading terms management).
- Provides input to RGM teams (local & Central) on potential improvement of RGM analytics and tools.
- Shares best practices, new analyses performed in the country.
- Complies with all mandatory trainings, Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to employee manual, ethical standards, health, safety, and security procedures.
- Perform any other job-related duties as required or that may arise in the future.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Years of Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in similar position.
- Language: Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Job Specific Experience/Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Understands brand selling scenarios, focuses on customer service and pursues financial optimization.
- Forecasts business drivers
- Optimizes assortment & stocks
- Builds on categories Shopper insight.
- Drives point of sales field execution
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Analyzer and business applications. Experience working with Retail Link and Power BI is preferred.
- Travel: This position may require traveling of 15%.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, under pressure, and with a high degree of professionalism.
- Must be comfortable in an environment of changing technologies and processes and demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to new ways of working.
