We are currently looking for a Brand A&I & Communications Manager in our Luxe Division, based in Copenhagen. Your mission…    

As a Brand A&I & Communication Manager you will be an architect of consumer connections, crafting impactful influencer collaborations and campaigns. Your understanding of the Nordic beauty landscape and strategic mindset will elevate our LUXE brands. 

 

Your mission is to develop and implement effective Advocacy & Influence strategies that deepens connections with advocates, drives brand equity and engagement. You will leverage data insights always-on to inform and adapt your activities stretching from paid partnerships, to eventing, to product seedings and to paid media boosting of content. Further, you will ensure that our categories are strategized and executed in an innovative, performing, and engaging way. The role reports to the Brand Business Leader of the brands. 

 

You will… 

A&I Brand Strategic Leadership  

  • Develop holistic brand advocacy strategies across relevant stakeholders, building influencer relationships and positioning L’Oréal Luxe brands as leaders in the Nordics.
  • Develop and execute the Nordic Communications strategy for Kiehl’s, IT Cosmetics, and Urban Decay and ensure alignment with global guidelines
  • Continuously analyze and adapt strategy based on performance, market trends, and the competitive landscape. 
  • Negotiate and execute impactful 360 partnerships (content, events, ambassadorships) 

 

Content & Trend Activation  

  • Ensure all A&I activities resonate with the brand's DNA and messaging, always keeping in mind the luxurious execution and attention to details.

 

Key Stakeholders Relationship Management  

  •  Manage relationships with key talents and internal stakeholders (e-commerce, media, zone and DMI).
  •  Collaborate with partner agencies to maximize A&I impact. 
  • Manage end-to-end paid influencer collaborations: from profile mapping and negotiation to contracts, posting plans, and performance tracking.
  • Cultivate influencer loyalty, reach, and engagement on social media through both paid and earned activations.

 

Performance & Optimization  

  • Monitor and utilize influencer measurement tools (Traackr & MIM), analyzing performance, producing reports, and demonstrating ROI.
  • Leverage data insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement, sharing best practices. 

 

Compliance & Budget Management  

  • Adhere to all A&I compliance guidelines (budget, tools, governance). 
  •  Ensure responsible and ethical influencer marketing practices.
  • Manage the budget for all communications activities.

 

You are… 

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, or related areas, with a proven track record in A&I.
  • Deep understanding of luxury products, ideally with beauty industry experience, and a strong understanding of the Nordic influencer/media landscape. Passion for skincare is a must.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, combined with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Strong analytical abilities and a strategic perspective are essential.
  • Solid understanding of the digital landscape and social media content production. Proficient in Excel.
  • Fluent in a local Nordic language (in addition to English).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are proactive, results driven & passionate about your job and drive your projects from start to finish
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
