What will you do?

    • Anticipate Risk and Opportunities. 
    • Monthly analysis and commentary on HC & Cost to HR & Finance stake holders.
    • Build Trends and Budgets on a timely manner and explain the variance between periods and scenarios.
    • Support function to HR Métiers for Financial topics. 
    • Bridge between Finance and HR (local to local, Zone, BEST, Corporate) 
    • Champions of HR and Finance systems tools
    • Translation of the HR strategies to Finance.
    • Master HR Norms and define Zone / BEST Internal Control Framework 
    • HEADCOUNT & FTE management 
    • Salary planning (long and mid-term)
    • Non-payroll cost like Expatriate costs

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Controller, Finance Analyst, or Finance Business Partner.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in collaboration, effective communication, and presentation skills.
  • A highly organized and process-oriented individual who is prepared to challenge conventional norms. 
  • A strong commitment to discretion and professionalism in all interactions. 
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
