KEY JOB ACCOUNT ABILITIES: 

  • Create & maintain E-campaign plan in all Online Consumer engagement Touchpoints (Livestream, Video) that goes along with Brand Strategy and Thematic Mega Campaign Concept. 
  • Conduct Merchandising brief to deliver disruptive Merchandising Creatives that go in line with Brand Strategy and Regional Strategy. 
  • Assist in managing support system integrations on product properties, included but not limited to: Shopee, Lazada, Tiktokshop Seller Center & other internal L'Oréal systems
  • Own Online Mega Campaigns in terms of 
    • Collecting competitor’s analysis for benchmarking purpose 
    • Brainstorming for Thematic Campaign Ideas 
    • Work with internal stakeholders (Brand team, Merchandising, Media, Commercial) to deliver E-campaign plan & Channel activities 
  • Conduct Campaign Post-Mortem Analysis to measure campaign effectiveness in terms of Ecommerce KPIs, Product Performance & provide insights for campaign optimization. 


PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: 

  • Be Entrepreneur & Collaborative 
  • Strong Organizational skills (in terms of tasks prioritization, deadline management) 
  • Strong analytical skill and data-driven mindset. 
  • Digital savvy
  • Experience on digital media, ecommerce, rising channel of online
  • Consumer / Customer center thinking
  • Beauty category understanding, passion is a PLUS
