We have a suitable opportunity in the Consumer Products division for the position of AGM - Category Leader. The location of the job will be Mumbai – HO.

Mission:

Create and own the Category Strategy, Short and Long term, both internally and externally from vision to execution across O+O channels and customers

Key Responsibilities:

Category Strategy Design: 

  1. Build the Category Strategy based on Deep Consumer, Customer and Shopper Insight. 
  2. Translate the Category Strategy into Short and Long term action plans to un-lock growth (6Ps ++)

Activation O+O: (Here and Now + Build for the Future)

  1. Build and implement the Go-To-Market Strategy (Right Assortment x Right Channel), 
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and deploy the Brand and Category activation plans
  3. Collaborate with RGM to deliver on Category Valorization (Right Price – MRP and ASP, Right Promo, Mix)

Customer Collaboration:

  1. Strategies the right Right Brand / Category Project x Right Customer collaboration 
  2. Engage with customers to build ”Win-Win” partnerships 
  3. Deliver on the in-store activation agenda 

Directional KPIs:

  • Consistent Growth: Category CNS, Category Evol%
  • Competitive: Category and Brand MS%
  • Profitable Growth: Valo%, GM%
  • Additional input metrics: #in-store transformation agenda, Deployment OTIF

  1. Strong Analytical Mindset / Data driven decision making
  2. Strong on Critical thinking and Logical reasoning 
  3. Strong appreciation of Make-Up and the Make-Up consumer
  4. Understanding of CPDs Route to Market

  • CBD Team: RGM, Merch. Manager
  • Brands: Brand GMs, BBLs

  • Support: CMI, Control, Zone and Groupe CBD teams
