Job description 主要工作描述： 

  1. LID  EC渠道的线上ETMKT整体操盘运营，提供渠道全盘策略，顺势灵动调整顺应渠道变化的思路打法；
  2. 与KA销售团队紧密协作，精准投入，为不同平台匹配资源（活动类/引流类/E-CRM会员类等）；
  3. 协同全渠道力度，制定活动促销计划，活动物资tracking；
  4. 协助销售团队规划合理的生意目标，设定每月线上指标，匹配线上活动物资，制定每月线上活动计划，携手销售团队卖进核心线上平台；
  5. 做好每周线上业绩跟进，灵动提供action plan，保障线上生意达成；
  6. 丰富E-marketing多元化线上体验，线上沟通素材by campaign输出，保证整体产品性、美观度和吸引度；
  7. 维护好与核心线上平台的关系。

 

Qualification& Requirements 其它工作要求： 

  1. EC平台经验优先，beauty行业加分；
  2. 良好的沟通表达能力，跨部门协作能力；
  3. 基本的生意sense和数字能力；
  4. 良好的工作情商。
