JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and lead the affiliate planning strategy across all online platforms, based on affiliate sales targets, activation plans, campaign promotions, and KOL/KOC livestream and video management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Media, Social, Marketing, and Business Planning to integrate the affiliate strategy into the overall business plan.
  • Manage the affiliate budget effectively, ensuring strong ROI and healthy cost-to-revenue performance.
  • Ensure smooth and effective execution of affiliate plans across internal business teams, agencies, and affiliate partners.
  • Build the right sales structure, operating model, and capabilities to maximize brands’ sales potential and support the achievement of brand vision and business goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and review monthly and yearly KOL/KOC effectiveness to optimize investment and performance.
  • Conduct monthly competitor analysis to track affiliate, campaign, and market activities, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and manage affiliate campaigns, investment strategies, and daily operations, including affiliate recruitment, partner relationship management, campaign setup, commission schemes, and performance management in line with budget and expected KPIs.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

 STRONG EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years in affiliate industry (at least 1 year in affiliate manager position)
  • Strong relationship with Multiple network channel & top KOLs in market is preferred (Top 5 ranking MCN in health and beauty/FMCG, Top KOLs in market)
  • Work for KOCS hub (inhouse) model is a plus.
  • Experience with analytics and attribution modelling is a plus.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Digital transformation mindset with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to set and track KPIs to ensure team performance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

 

SOCIAL & LIVESTREAM UNDERSTANDING

  • In tune with social digital sphere trends & obsessed with consumer centricity
  • Experience with tactics to builds audience through relevant content& how to scales consumers and influencers engagement. 
  • Proficient understanding of digital performance analytics, Ecom platform & Livestream environment
  • Proven experience in Ecom platforms/Ecom team of Brands

 

DATA-DRIVEN MARKETING 

  • Optimizes omni-media investments & ROI 
  • Leverages Precision Advertising 
  • Knows how to leverage data to find opportunities throughout the acquisition funnel.
  • Able to read data reports (Microsoft office/power bi)
