Own and drive the e-commerce channel strategy and day-to-day operations for LPP Korea across key retail and digital platforms. This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end channel ownership — from product registration, content setup, and platform operations through promotional execution and sell-out performance. Working cross-functionally with marketing, trade, and finance teams, this role is accountable for building hero product momentum and delivering against channel revenue and profitability targets.

1. E-Commerce Channel Strategy & Operations

Develop and execute the e-commerce channel strategy with a focus on Olive Young and Coupang, owning the full process from product registration and PDP content setup through to promotional planning and performance delivery. Identify emerging platform trends and capture growth opportunities proactively.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Maintain end-to-end ownership of assigned channels, ensuring product listings, assets, and promotional mechanics are consistently optimized.
  • Manage channel-level P&L including pricing, margin management, promotional investment, and profitability analysis.
  • Monitor competitor activity and translate market intelligence into actionable channel strategy.
  • Analyze e-commerce partner sales data to identify strengths, risks, and business opportunities.

2. Joint Business Planning (JBP) with Retail Partners

Lead and support JBP planning and execution with key retail partners, including Olive Young and Coupang. Build and manage relationships at the buyer level to unlock premium placements, co-investment, and on-platform visibility, and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs on a regular cadence.

  • Negotiate annual agreements and seasonal commercial terms with e-commerce partners.
  • Drive co-branded activations and in-platform visibility programs to strengthen brand presence and hero product sell-out.
  • Track JBP commitments and maintain structured reporting on performance delivery.

3. Hero Product Building & Growth Acceleration

Define and execute the hero SKU strategy per channel, identifying priority products and scaling them through data-driven mechanics. Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches on e-commerce, covering content, promotional mechanics, and inventory coordination.

  • Drive incremental growth through bundles, exclusive sets, search optimization, and review-building programs.
  • Localize brand assets in collaboration with agency partners and cascade across channels in a timely manner.
  • Manage specific sales events and e-commerce joint business projects as required.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Omnichannel Execution

Work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Sales, IT, and Customer Care to ensure e-commerce activities are aligned with broader brand strategy and deliver a seamless omnichannel consumer experience.

  • Align e-commerce campaign windows with above-the-line activations through close collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Partner with advocacy and influencer teams to amplify e-commerce campaigns through creator content.
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all online touchpoints, bridging digital and offline initiatives.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Olive Young and/or Coupang is required, including platform operations and promotional mechanics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage channel P&L and deliver measurable e-commerce growth.
  • Experience with channel diversification and cross-platform account management is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to JBP planning or retailer partnership management is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with comfort across channel P&L, ROI analysis, and sell-through reporting.
  • Proficient in e-commerce platform tools and data sources, including Coupang Seller and the Olive Young partner portal.
  • Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-ready business recommendations.
  • Agile and solutions-oriented with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment and a strong can-do attitude.

Education & Language
