A Day in the Life 

As Chief of Staff of L'Oréal LATAM, you will be a key driver of strategic initiatives, working closely with the team and senior leadership to achieve ambitious goals. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating key projects, facilitating communication across functions and divisions, and providing critical operational support to your team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the diverse aspects of L'Oréal's business in LATAM, contributing directly to the region's growth and success. 

• Strategic Planning & Execution: You will support in developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research, analyzing data, and preparing presentations for executive-level meetings. You will also manage and track progress on key initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will act as a liaison between different functions and divisions within L'Oréal LATAM, facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment on strategic priorities. 
• Operational Support: You will provide essential administrative and logistical support, including managing schedules, preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Special Projects: You will lead and manage special projects, requiring independent initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. 

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in management consulting and a deep understanding of the beauty industry. 

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 4 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, demonstrating exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management capabilities. They are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels. 

This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a high degree of independence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Management Consulting Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a reputable management consulting firm, preferably with a focus on the consumer goods or retail sector. Experience serving clients in the beauty industry is highly desirable.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using relevant software tools.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, within budget and timeline constraints. 
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
