Annual Salary: £24,000 per annum 

Level : Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship.   

Degree: Chartered Management Degree, from the University of West London

Tuition: L'Oréal fully covers the cost of the degree programme. 

Duration : 3 Years + EPA  

Working Day Week : 4 Days in L'Oréal, 1 Day at University

You will... 

 

You need to be a people person; you’ll need the emotional intelligence it takes to work with a wide variety of people and solve problems that arise. You will be required to provide a high level of customer service to both candidates and the internal managers alike.  

 

We will give you the opportunity to get a true flavour of the world of Human Resources with a specific focus on talent acquisition and development. 

 

Day-to-day you may be... 

 

  • Supporting with the recruitment of Beauty Advisors, Customer Representatives and Counter Managers for our luxury brands across the division including YSL, Lancome, Armani and Prada.
  • Updating new and existing job descriptions and advertising to ensure we are attracting the right talent for our stores.
  • Screening CVs and liaising with Area Managers across the UK and Ireland
  • Collaborating with our Field teams to support any area managers with telephone screening for our beauty advisor roles.
  • Reporting on our key KPI’s within recruitment and ensuring reports are sent out to the field teams. 
  • Managing the retail recruitment mailbox, responding to queries from prospective candidates and guiding them through the application process 
  • Executing your own projects within L’Oréal alongside your day-to-day responsibilities 
  • Help to manage and grow our social media presence

  • You may be required to travel to our other office locations frequently during this internship. 


Eligibility... 

  • You must NOT have already obtained a degree
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
  • Have achieved a BBC at A level or equivalent in International baccalaureate or other courses.
