Responsibilities:

Contribute to brand profitable growth by designing and implementing CRM solutions to engage, retain, upsell &recruit consumers and leverage insight and data.
Define & manage the loyalty program KR/global strategy


Plan

·       Oversees & activates the development of CRM strategy and data management, enabling a strategic shift from product to customer centricity

·       Plan and deliver local/International CRM strategies across the brand encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty, promoting the brand and the new products

·       Customer Journey Mapping - analyze touch points with the Brand and maximize commercial opportunities

·       Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including acquisition, analytics, eCommerce/merchandising, technology, creative, sales and .com

Manage the CRM Platform

·       Implement and optimize the CRM platform use, ensue it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle

·       Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the brand

·       Manage and monitor data acquisition strategy in line with Group recommendation

·       Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities in respect to behaviors

Execute Loyalty Programs

·       Create local / global loyalty programs to engage consumer in line with local / global specifics

·       Has a broad vision of CRM potentialities and foster cross brands, categories opportunities

·       Maximize efficiency & costs: migrating when necessary to lower cost mediums

·       Enhance business opportunities through external partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 7 years of experience in CRM field with Royalty program or Performance marketing
  • Work experience in international brands retail industry in a selective distribution industry are preferred
  • Has experienced in designing and implementing CRM Solution from scratch
  • Fluent in Korean and English
  • Action-oriented and a purposeful self-starter who is reliable, full of energy, and enjoys challenges
