In the department of Evaluation Intelligence, we are looking for a scientist. The objective of this position is to Independently manage consumer studies to assess product/technology performance at different phases, and to acquire consumer knowledge and transform into product innovation opportunities in delivering consumer centric products

As a scientist, your main responsibilities are : 
  • Propose consumer test protocols to meet research objective with optimized cost and efficient time
  • Supervise the implementation of consumer study to ensure compliance with design and L’Oréal standard
  • Analyze & summarize research data, communicate findings to stakeholders with clear conclusion, insights and recommendations
  • Proactively explore and consolidate consumer data from L’Oreal historical studies, desk research etc. to decode key drivers of preference, needs gap of product usage experience, and capture the changes over time 
  • Work closely with CMI/Market intelligence team to timely understand emerging trends and triggers, new product performance and its key success factors especially at product level
  • Lead cross-disciplinary projects while sharing experience in given fields proactively, contributing to decoding of consumer behaviors
  • Proactively optimize test method, propose & promote new methods of consumer evaluation with support of internal and external resources, to meet the need of fast, agile and relevant evaluation
