The position 

As Brand Manager you will be accountable for launch and day to day category management, 

strategy and planning. Your responsibility will be takin care for brand consumer expertise / insights, the annual plan, the potentialisation and strategy of launches and their local adaptation. You will analyze the performances of launches & catalogue animation, work hand in hand with Zone & DMI. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Being expert of the product category, building consumer knowledge and competitive analysis by Axe, Franchise, Product, working closely with the data & insights team. 
  • Building brand equity and corresponding strategy for products & categories, including pricing and distribution recommendation.
  • Develop the annual product plan addressing O+O principles leading to consumer recruitment and loyalty.
  • Own the responsibility of forecasting for new launches, from competitor benchmarking to working closely with Supply Planning and Sales.
  • Portfolio management (incl. slobs & obsoletes).
  • Working closely with Brand Activation Manager & Operations.
  • Analyze performance, tracking ROI and working closely with RGM and finance on the profitability of products range.
  • Manage given budget: follow price strategy & profitability of the category, A&Ps management. 
  • Create and manage the delivery of product labels.
  • Books order of novelties, OS & PLV (GWP, grids, samples) with support of Brand activation & Merchandising.
  • Manage the delivery of product liaising with Zone, PM DMI and Legal.
  • Brief and close cooperation with Media House, owner of brand communication  consistency.
  • Share knowledge with the team, to deliver Internal Buzz for launches & update the team on Results (Sell out Tracking).
  • Participate in key meetings to present annual launches such as Retailer Strategy Meetings, Sales Drives, Consultant Conferences, new comers’ introductions, etc.
  • Support the Brand Business Director in building strategic presentations such as Zone and Budget.
  • Connect with zones & DMI to leverage consumers insights & products portfolio.


You will be the perfect match if you:

  • Have professional experience in brand, category or product management (or similar position).
  • Have experience in leading data driven brands. 
  • Have the expertise of consumers insights research and market data analysis.
  • Like to stay always up to date with make-up and consumer trends.
  • Have strong analytical, communication and networking skills.
  • Previous experience in beauty industry will be an asset.
  • You are optimistic and have can-do attitude.
  • Are fluent in both Polish and English.
