We are offering an exciting opportunity to join the Western Europe Zone Scientific and Regulatory Affairs team in RIO campus Clichy, France, for an 11-months mission. 

You will be the privileged point of contact for the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs departments in the countries, SRC, R&I, and Europe Zone teams connecting poles of expertise to move things forward ie accompany the deployment of our innovations, ensure our products’ regulatory compliance and contribute to business expansion and sustainability.


  • You assist national Scientific and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure the access to market of our products including innovations
  • You assist national Scientific and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure the regulatory compliance of our products with national regulations throughout their life cycle
  • You provide a scientific support to countries to manage product claims and to adapt when necessary the communication to the local context
  • You contribute to the monitoring of the regulatory developments, impact analysis and issue management policies and strategies
  • You provide support for the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs teams in the countries and advise them in their interactions with local stakeholders (professional associations, authorities, ...)
  • You provide support to the Scientific and Regulatory teams for crisis management related to product safety, product communication and regulatory issues
  • You contribute to interdisciplinary projects initiated within the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs network
  • You contribute to develop the knowledge and expertise of local Scientific and Regulatory teams by participating in the organization of specific training and information sessions


  • Scientific and Regulatory Affairs departments in the countries of the Western Europe Zone
  • SRC teams in France as well as regional teams: Safety, Post Market Surveillance, Regulatory Affairs and Product Communication
  • R&I
  • Corporate Communication and Crisis Management departments
  • Western Europe Zone stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Legal, Communication and Public Affairs)


  • BSc / Msc degree in Science (chemistry, biology, biochemistry, toxicology, pharmacy ...)
  • You speak fluently French and English. Any other language would be an asset
  • A previous experience or knowledge of global aspects of Regulatory Affairs and Product Communication is highly valuable
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to negotiate and to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are curious and you seek to continuously develop your knowledge and to acquire new knowhow
  • You enjoy teamwork and you like to collaborate in a multicultural environment
  • You are rigorous, solution oriented, you take initiatives and offer simple and creative solutions
