A Day in the Life of a Product Manager…
As a Product Manager for Vichy in Romania, you’ll be at the forefront of healthy beauty innovation. You’ll manage a dynamic product portfolio and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. From day one, you’ll own key projects, contribute new ideas, and make a real impact on the brand's success. At Vichy, we empower our teams to take risks, learn, and shape their own career paths.
- Innovation: Contribute to Vichy's product roadmap, researching and proposing new product opportunities in the dermocosmetic market.
- Performance: Support the product portfolio P&L, track KPIs, and contribute to pricing and budget strategies.
- Consumer Connection: Leverage market research to develop targeted product activations that resonate with the Vichy consumer.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to execute product launches and campaigns.
We Are Looking For…
- 2-5 years of experience in Marketing, with a proven track record of success in product development, strategic planning, and P&L management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market data and consumer insights into actionable product strategies.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability to tailor global brand strategies for the local Romanian market.
- A collaborative spirit and passion for growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation.
