A Day in the Life of

As a Product Brand Manager for La Roche-Posay in Romania, you’ll be at the forefront of healthy beauty innovation. Reporting to the La Roche-Posay Brand Business Leader, you’ll manage a dynamic product portfolio and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. From day one, you’ll own key projects, contribute new ideas, and make a real impact on the brand's success. At La Roche-Posay, we empower our teams to take risks, learn, and shape their own career paths.

• Innovation: Coordinate La Roche-Posay's action plan implementation & adapt the launches roadmap for the local context, creating unique, engaging & integrated experiences for the consumer.
• Performance: Manage A&P spendings, contribute to pricing and budget strategies, support the product portfolio P&L, track KPIs, SI/SO results and brand performance.
• Consumer Connection: Leverage market research for a high level of consumer understanding, following trends, channels and opportunities.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to execute product launches and campaigns and influence the B2B strategy working closely with the medical & training teams.

We Are Looking For…

• 2-5 years of experience in Marketing or other pharma relevant field, with a proven track record of success in product development, strategic planning, and P&L management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market data and consumer insights into actionable product strategies.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptability to tailor global brand strategies for the local Romanian market.
• A collaborative spirit and passion for growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation.
