What will you do?
L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (2 January 2025 - 11 July 2025) designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment.
Opening Operations internship roles:
1. Regional Supply Chain Intern (SAPMENA):
- Consolidation of monthly Manufacturing Supply Chain (MSC) and Responsiveness for Growth (R4G) KPIs reporting and analysis.
- LOOK
- MSC KPIs
- HERO Service Rate
- M-3 Adherence and Net Realization
- Review raw material (RM) crisis and analyze factories stock coverage at regional level.
- Support in other supply chain tasks.
- Support in automations projects.
2. Travel Retail Supply Chain Intern:
- Key Operational Tasks
- Reporting
- Analysis of data
- Project management
- Animation of community
- Key Project Tasks
- Lead projects roll-out on Retailers/Operations side
- Lead internal teams towards excellence in process
- Coordinate action plans with internal stakeholders
- Create reports/dashboards of Stock In Trade monitoring
- Create/Animate & Analyse reports on Sales
3. Supply Chain Customer Care- Intern:
- SNOW Claims upload to SAP
- Reports preparations and deployment to internal and external stakeholders
- OOS simulation
- Operational problem solving with internal stakeholders
- FOM order processing (3 sold-to)
- Internal Audit sensitive data check
- Transport route update
- Order Form Standardization
Who are we looking for?
- University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
- Background in Supply Chain / Business Operations / Business
- Strong in analytical and problem-solving skill
- Aptitude for numbers and enjoys working with large sets of data
- Advanced in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Basic knowledge of ERP (SAP) is advantageous
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Independent worker and able to deliver within tight timelines.
- Passionate in joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus
