Picture this: a morning filled with inspiration as you dive into the world of the L'Oréal Group, exploring our incredible brands and exciting career paths. You'll have the chance to chat with the Managers from our four divisions, getting a glimpse of what it's like to work with us.

But wait, there's more! Brace yourself for an afternoon of interviews with our managers who are on the hunt for their future talent. It's your chance to show off your skills, passion, and potential. 


We're looking for the next generation of game-changers, and that could be you!


What opportunities will be represented?


1. Key Account Manager

You will be at the heart of the negotiation with our clients, embracing the challenging stakes of your division's business, and working with a team entitled to negotiate and deploy the brands' commercial strategies.

You will help in the preparation of the negotiations and client meetings, participate in the analysis and recommendations on the product mix & promotion strategies and the merchandising. You will become the best ally to our sales force, helping them to deploy the different strategies agreed in the head quarter.

Thanks to your strong analytical and negotiation skills, you will participate in the never-ending challenge of an increasing turnover.


2. Business Analyst

If you have strong analytical skills and enjoy understanding the numbers to make the best recommendations, this mission is for you! You will have a real impact on the optimization and the monitoring of our sales results and will become an expert of the cosmetics industry and its evolution.

- Follow up of the key indicators of performance (turnover, market shares, profitability of different categories...)

- Market analysis and follow up using different panels and tools

- Analysis of the different actions put in place and recommendation for improvement (launches, promotions...)


3. Business Development

With your entrepreneurship spirit, you will help in increasing our sales results and will be led to find creative solutions to help our sales force to maintain our positions. You will develop your reactivity, your creativity, as well as your ability to work in a team!

- Become the main point of contact for our sales force

- Development and optimization of the different tools used by the latter to sell our innovations and gain market shares on point of sales

- Creation of sales pitches and presentations with marketing teams



And what about the recruitment process?

  1. You apply for this offer.
  2. Then, if your CV is selected, you receive an invitation for a 30-minute interview.
  3. If you are pre-selected, you will be invited to participate in the One Day on Friday, April 12th.
  4. Everything else will be explained on the day of the event.

  • Available on Friday, April 12th to come to Paris from 10AM to 6PM
  • Fluent in French and/or in English
  • A Master student - No margin for negotiation on this one!
