As an O+O Education Activation Manager, you will be at the heart of bringing our brand strategies to life, driving educational engagement through digital and physical touchpoints, and setting a new standard in omnichannel learning experiences.


Your Key Responsibilities

O+O Education Activation & Management

  • Partner with the Education and Marketing teams to translate annual brand strategies into actionable education plans, across both online and offline formats.
  • Lead the execution of education initiatives across platforms, ensuring a seamless brand experience for hair professionals.
  • Manage and develop the education ecosystem on social platforms – including Instagram and Facebook groups – to foster strong community engagement.
  • Oversee the content, structure, and ongoing development of the online training platform, ensuring relevance and high user engagement.
  • Design and deliver educational events, activations and workshops (digital, hybrid, or in-person), ensuring impactful storytelling and professional value.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, digital, education) as well as external business partners – including distributors, salons, and industry experts – to ensure aligned execution and market relevance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key education KPIs and digital performance metrics; translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Ensure alignment across internal stakeholders (Sales, Digital, Marketing, Education) to maximize cross-functional impact.


Budget Ownership & Performance

  • Take ownership of the education activation budget; ensure efficient planning, execution and ROI optimization of all projects.
  • Track and control all related costs to ensure budget compliance and effective investment planning.


Innovation & Community Building

  • Co-create content with brand artists, educators, and external experts in line with brand identity and market needs.
  • Building a hairdressing community in collaboration with Eductaors and Ambasadors.
  • Growing the community of young hairdressers in the Matrix Pro Academy program.
  • Continuously identify trends and opportunities in professional education and social learning to ensure Matrix & Biolage remain ahead of the curve.


Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in education, digital content, brand activation or marketing (beauty industry experience is a strong plus).
  • Proven experience in project management, social media strategy, and event coordination.
  • Strong understanding of online learning environments and community engagement via digital platforms.
  • Experience in managing budgets and track projects/KPI.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in Polish (spoken and written).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
