As the Quality Systems Manager you will be responsible for generating project syntheses on various topics related to quality to support the Technical Direction and the North America Zone L'Oréal manufacturing facilities and distribution centers. You will also act as the Quality Management Representative for Quality Americas.

What we’ll do together:

·       Support CIQ (Quality Americas) ISO 9001:2015 certification.  Coordinate and manage corrective/preventive actions, change control, internal audits, trainings, and group quality metrics.

·       Provide monthly North America Zone quality data analysis (KPIs) and summary to drive zone quality improvement

·       Review CIQ quality manual and quality systems procedures

·       Provide support in zone quality improvement initiatives and new quality procedures

·       Participate in internal quality audits and external quality audits of plants and subcontractors on an as needed basis

·       Assist with trainings for Productions Quality, Mindset & Skills Seminar

·       Assist with coordination of Americas Quality Days and QA/QM Days

·       Participate in Quality Council

·       Support consumer centricity initiatives and consumer complaint reporting and follow up

·       Provide guidance and support relative to OTC drugs requirements 

·       Performs other duties as necessary or required

What you’ll need:


  • Bachelor’s degree in physical science or engineering
  • 5-7 years of experience shared between Quality and manufacturing backgrounds in the cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical industry required
