LDB Representative is responsible for delivering business results in line with defined KPIs in the subordinate area in the country, mainly: sell out growth, HCP’s recommendations and perfect execution of sales fundamentals.
LDB Representative is reporting to LDB Country Coordinator.
Key job responsibilities:
- Maintaining strong relationship with customers (pharmacies) and HCPs in subordinate area;
- Implement the medical strategy to increase prescription and recommendation of brands by health professionals to grow sales
- Respect Customers and HCP visits in line with defined route-to-market (targets of reach & frequency, promo cycles);
- Represent the brands in medical and pharmaceutical events
- Deliver results via:
- perfect execution of: National Activation Plan, availability of LDB products and visibility (merchandising implementation , navigation installation) in POS;
- visit targeted doctors in the sector and present the brand’s products and services to increase prescriptions and develop a global approach to the patient
- deliver training to Pharmacists in line with training plan;
- Run daily co-operation with customers securing excellent communication and service;
- Manage administrative and reporting tasks
- Organize and optimize visit planning
- Master and use monitoring tools for CRM/CLM platform activity
- Prepare visits and carry out reliable qualitative and quantitative activity reporting
- Demonstrate pro-activity and ownership;
- Monitor competitors’ activity;
- Act in line with sales policy;
- Ensure respect of both internal and external ethical standards regarding relations with health professionals.
Results measurement:
- Delivering KPIs: MSH, sell in, sell out ,HCPs recommendation.
- Execution level vs targets for: distribution, availability, visibility and visit coverage &frequency.
