Lead the Demand Planning activities for the biggest entity in L’Oréal Australia, the Consumer Products Division to ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the marketing/category ambition.

Coordinate S&OP process with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Commercial, Supply Planning, Business Planning & Demand Planning, Finances) leading to sizing and planning our baseline / promo / launches, in order to guarantee the best sales forecasts accuracy at operational and strategic horizon.

Coordinate the forecasting input for trend and budgeting processes.

Contribute to launch dimensioning and execution perfection, in collaboration with Marketing, Commercial and Key Accounts Supply Chain, to make sure that our plan come to life on NPDs.

Lead and follow the Key Performance Indicators on forecasts accuracy, tracking KPI and define improvements plan.

Be responsible for the implementation of best practices, the achievement of objectives. Pilot and follow the progress of improvement plans.-

Participate in projects impacting Supply Chain, particularly in relation to data/tools optimization.

Recruit, develop and manage his/her team taking care of the transfer of know-how and of the development of its expertise.


  • 3-5+ years previous experience within a similar role and environment
  • Strong Business acumen and a proven experience in leading the Sales and Operations planning process.
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate in a confident and articulate manner with diverse stakeholders.
  • You like to foster good collaboration with your business partners.
  • You will be motivated by achieving results, and managing complexity in a high-pressure environment
  • You will have a strong work ethic
