Duties & Responsibilities

E-COM

  • Lead the e-commerce acceleration projects along with e-KAM and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with the ACD E-Commerce team to define the local digital strategies for E-Retailers and Pure players and support new business model pilots.
  • Support E-Commerce team by providing the right/adapted content and ensuring the best user’s experience

Media

  • Guide marketing teams to monitor, optimize & analyze paid media. Ensure the golden rules are applied
  • Tailor the Global Digital and Media strategies to the local characteristics of ACD Brands.
  • Monitor digital performance KPIs as well as consumer engagement. 
  • Oversee the implementation of CRM strategy and data management.

Love Brands

  • Ensure owned branded platforms excellence (tagging, SEO...)
  • Leverage Earned media through influencer’s strategies. 
  • Own search strategy Keywords for branded and generic
  • Introduce & train on new corporate tools

Services

  • Oversee the implementation of AI Services on Ecommerce partners
  • Ensure the success of AI services across different platforms. 

People/Stakeholder Management

  • Coaching and development of the ACD digital specialist
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the company (marketing, communication, CMO and sales), digital ecosystem and media partners
  • Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunity and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities. 
  • clear assessment of agencies & upskill plan according to their need to get max out of our partners with close mentorship & inclusivity
  • Upskill marketing teams on all layers of 100/50/20 and make sure to bring marketing /PR teams to the level that they can lead the projects by themselves for digital KPIs

Knowledge & Experience

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in the Digital Field
  • Tech Savvy
  • Understanding of digital channel and how to enhance an omnichannel approach to consumers
  • Broad experience in marketing technology and analytic tooling
