Subject Matter Expert – Reward & Onboarding

L’Oréal is entering an exciting new phase as part of its People roadmap,  with the overhaul of its existing HR architecture and the roll-out of SuccessFactors.  This project is key to L’Oreal’s HR transformation strategy, enabling L’Oreal to reinvent the way all people activities are managed.

L’Oréal UKI has been selected as one of the pilot countries to lead and deploy the new HR system, and is looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Reward and Onboarding to join the People Tech Team.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), your role will be key in ensuring the project’s success, as you will  actively contribute to the design and development of the Reward and Onboarding modules in close collaboration with the Global Stream Leaders, SME’s from the US and Colombia, the UKI People Tech team, and other key internal stakeholders. 


YOU WILL...

Be the subject matter expert for Reward and Onboarding:
Conduct gap analysis between current processes and system capabilities
Work in close collaboration with the HR Leadership Team to define the future processes and ways of working,  taking into consideration system capabilities
Lead and own the design of processes and sign-off design workbooks
Identify risks and support in decision-making
Provide input into local data structures, fields and usage
Ensure the correct implementation and roll-out of modules:
Review workflow and integration scenarios
Perform testing
Carry-out data validation
Execute user acceptance tests (UAT)

Actively participate in the change strategy:
Anticipate areas for change
Contribute to the change management and communication strategy
Prepare and roll-out trainings and communication plans
