NATIONAL
ACCOUNT MANAGER

DESIGNER FRAGRANCES
As a National Account Manager, you will
be responsible for driving retail sell-out, growing market share & managing
your P&L down to GM for your portfolio of LDF brands both in-store &
online. You will take ownership of managing the strategy for the brands and
your account, whilst also supporting on wider total account responsibilities to
be seen as a future leader within the wider account team. You will need to build strong relationships
with key stakeholders, both internally & externally and be able to create
persuasive commercial proposals to drive your business forwards.

•Be building credible and
collaborative working relationships with your customer / cross functional
contacts
•Develop retailer centric strategies
for your customer; identify joint objectives and build business plans
for mutual growth
•Influence future retailer initiatives and
collaborations; ensuring the brand maximizes all available
opportunities in store and online
•Manage all lines of the P&L
from retail sell out, SIT and gross margin to ensure delivery of key
KPIs both internally & externally
•Work with your brand teams to identify
additional retail opportunities for the brand
•Educated to degree level
•Highly numerate – strong analytically
•Strong negotiator & look for a
win-win opportunities with our retail partners
•Highly organized with prioritization
skills.
•Experienced in a premium or retail
environment and can demonstrate commercial knowledge of market levers.
•Strong Communication skills –
written and verbal
•Excellent presentation skills with
attention to detail for creating sound commercial arguments
•Strong influencing skills – you will be
required to demonstrate thought leadership as well as drive to execution
•Experience in a fast paced sales /
retail environment
