Be a part of the marketing brand team within our Consumer Products Division, which requires a talented, enthusiastic and driven Marketing Assistant to provide efficient and effective support to the team with particular emphasis on in-store activation, gifting & business performance reporting.

Key elements to your role:

End to end ownership of Maybelline’s Gifting strategy (including product assortment, packaging procurement & design, P&L ownership, sell-in to senior leadership team, analysis of performance & sharing best practices/learnings with UK & international markets)
Analysis of business performance on a regular basis, including market share & retail sales. Deep dive analysis and day to day reporting required for team presentations /projects, weekly EPOS reports to team, and monthly meetings with divisional senior leadership team
End to end ownership of Gift With Purchase creation (sourcing items, design, P&L sign off, managing subcontracting process, analysis of performance + best practice sharing)
Support Retail Brand Manager with in store eventing from brief stage to on the day execution & post event analysis
Manage ad hoc marketing projects including in store collateral, mailers and email creative and deliver and present results to senior management as needed
Manage online and in-store competitor analysis and reporting
Place product & sample orders and maintain fully stocked product cupboard for sales team sample requests, customer goody bags and products for photoshoots.
Rigorous and regular tracking/updating of trade marketing budget
Raise purchase orders on behalf of the team, and manage web cycles.
