L’Oreal Project Assistant is responsible to facilitate the steerco in executing the vision/ strategy for the project as well as defining what are the success KPIs. For the duration of the project, you will report to Project Manager.
Key job accountabilities:
You will coordinate with all internal & external stakeholders (architects, developers, engineers, furniture providers, change management consultant, environmental consultant, contractors) to deliver a successful project. You will to be fully assigned to the project and will address the technical and environmental constraints while keeping the project within budget and on schedule.
Role specifications:
- Vendor Creation
- PO Generation and follow-up
- Documents (legal, technical, contracts) arrangements such as signing, delivery etc.
- Change management admin support to help with diary coordination with all management and change champions, key leadership workshops, booking meeting rooms etc.
- Helping with workshop arrangements as needed
- Assist in completing necessary building permits & requirements for suppliers during fit-out and post fit-out
- Coordination of post fit-out admin and office duties, such as moving of office items etc.
