As part of the R&I Color métier, you will work on creating breakthrough formula innovation, to empower the group’s brands with the best performing and most relevant colors for consumers in Asia and the world.

We are looking for a formulator within the Color Asia team to start this exciting challenge!

  • Submit and contribute to the implementation of research projects to select, apply and use new concepts / technologies / raw materials for product innovation in the field of Makeup & Color.
  • Raise alerts and/or be proactive to anticipate and make use of major technological innovations and to identify the technological options that will meet the consumer and market needs.
  • Develop, submit and position new product concepts and bases that are technically and economically robust and sustainable.
  •  Select and use the concepts / technologies / raw materials produced by the Discovery and Invention Domains and/or external suppliers in various formula architectures. 
  •  Oversee and manage projects from conception up to the first launch of the development.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the organization to achieve excellence in product development
  • Keep up a watch (scientific, technological, patents, assessments, etc.) and help protect L’Oréal’s knowledge.
  •  Initiate and/or take part in internal and external collaborations. 
  •  Communicate internally and externally on their activity and the development of their expertise.
