The Global CMO for Talent Acquisition team is in charge of defining and implementing the strategy to attract and recruit the best talents for the future of L’Oreal, in close relationship with the 200 people-strong TA community. The team comprises a diversity of functions, nationalities and profiles, from IT to marketing, communication, HR, and digital experts. Together, we strive to achieve our 4 goals: Candidate experience, Diversity, Efficiency and Data acceleration. Since 2020, we are proud to include the Retail field into our transformation effort by implementing a state-of-the-art, mobile-first Applicant Tracking System.

Main missions and responsibilities:

Project manager in charge of the roll-out of our Avature Retail instance in our markets globally, starting in Jan 2021 or 1st Feb latest.

  • Implements the defined roll-out roadmap leading to a full usage of Avature Retail solution
  • Key partner of Avature teams on one hand and local retail HR + IT on the other hands, supported by the global Avature and L’Oréal teams (CMO)
  • Coordinates on generic deployment plan while concurrently collects local requirements and manages integration and development by Avature
  • Communicates and trains countries teams as well as ensures continuous follow-up after kick-off
  • Monitors adoption through KPIs in place and initiates corrective actions if necessary

Your Profile:

  • BAC+4 or BAC+5 from a Business School 
  • A first experience in Project Management 
  • Understanding of digital (CRM based) tools
  • Interest in HR topics and understanding of the Retail environment specificities
  • Strong organisational skills to manage complex and multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Fluent in English

This mission will serve as a significant development path to becoming an experienced IT consultant or project manager and serve as the first step for development and testing. This mission will also offer you a discovery of automated testing approach, close to DevOps concepts in a major Information System program.
