YOU WILL

  • Drive RGM deployment and embedment in the local organization
  • Constantly trains teams on RGM methodology and upscale them on RGM priorities to grow our business profitably
  • Conducts RGM analyses based on internal & external, financial and not financial data with the multifunctional team (marketing/brand team, commercial, BD, Finance, CMI) for all RGM levers (Pricing, Format Strategy, Mix Management, Promotion Management, Trade Terms Management)


  • Set guardrails in alignment with the multi-functional teams and the CPD GM on:
    • improving the Category, Product, Channel & Customer mix
    • recommended average consumer price indices and related pack price architecture,
    • optimizing all Promotional schemes and ROI per brand, account, pack type
    • and on Retail selling story & trading terms management 


  • Drives the implementation of the identified RGM initiatives to realize incremental turnover and Gross Profit for the CPD
  • Implementing an automatized and standardized dashboard to constantly track and follow-up on all RGM related business KPI’s. Escalates regularly internally if any initiative is off track.
  • Influences all RGM related business decisions by developing a superior understanding of retailers’ dynamics, value drivers and consumer/shopper insights
  • Effectively communicates RGM insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts and senior management
  • Contributes to RGM capabilities building in the international RGM community (e.g. share best practices)
 

YOU ARE the one, if you: 

  • Understands all P&L metrics impacting the Gross Margins and proactively tracks business vs. RGM target and budget
  • Have proven track of experience in Revenue Management
  • Have ability to organize, lead and motivate multifunctional teams and to delegate taks
  • Are flexibility and Wits. Stamina to constantly challenge the status quo
  • Have seniority and expertice at least in one key function of RGM: Fincance, Marketing, Commercial
  • Have strong networking and communication skills
  • Are Pro-active and independent
  • Are able to handle complexity and project management tasks
  • Are fluent in English
