[L'oreal Korea] Luxe Div. _ YSL Trade Marketing Specialist~Manager


JOB SUMMARY


1. To Implement and track Trade Marketing programs for retailers with commercial and marketing teams designed to increase sales and brand/category presence

  • Develop and implement the trade marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives
  • Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs such as Brand events, gifting animation & promotion, VIP classes, store projects, etc. 
  • Carry out specific trade marketing programs, respecting commercial policies, company strategy with the retailers, and brand equity
  • Monitor and improve processes to better link marketing and commercial activities
  • Manage budget and report and ROI for trade marketing activities

 

2. To plan and execute brand events, mainly Retail events but sometimes PR / A&I events in collaboration with Communications team

  • Plan and manage the annual calendar of brand event plan in line with marketing strategy and new launch campaigns
  • Create and develop small and/or large-scale consumer events, devising event concepts and coordinating the technical and logistics aspects.
  • Execute event programs with the quality to deliver the brand voice and presence to the right target audiences at retail with excellence in details
  • Collaborate with related functions to orchestrate and execute the projects(Commercial team, Marketing PMs, Communications team, Event artist team, Stores, etc.)


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: University graduate
  • Years of experienceOver 5 years professional experience in Trade MKT
  • Specific Career Experience
    • Minimum 2 years experience in Event/promotion 
    • Cosmetic/Luxury company experience is preferred 
  • Language: Fluent in English (Speaking &written)
  • Other Skills: 
  • Self-motivated and passionate about activating business drivers.
  • Consumer-centric, Analytical & strategic. 
  • Connecting and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships and communicating effectively with related stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office.
