[L'oreal Korea] KIC (Korea Innovation Center) - Packaging Engineer (Operations)
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Drives the technical development of packaging and finished products, be a creative force at the Definition step then ensuring every step of Design, certification (homologation), Industrialization and Specification in accordance with timings, costs, and SBWA Objectives.
- Contribute to the perceived value of our products and be a creative force by accompanying Marketing in transforming consumers' insights into technical solutions.
- Accompanies the Development team in development scheduling
- Collects and integrates all the technical, production, economic and standardization constraints needed for the design
- Ensures risk analysis during design and implements the associated action plans.
- Suggests and approves technical packaging designs under optimal production, cost, schedule, quality, and sustainability conditions.
- Ensures freedom to operate for chosen designs and protects innovations
- Draws up technical tender documents (project plans, preliminary specifications, guidelines, etc.)
- Organizes, coordinates, and approves the various approvals in accordance with the design quality system and disseminates technical specifications.
- Controls the various stages of the packaging schedule and warns of risks and potential deviations
- Identifies and proposes ways of improving existing products (functionality, cost, quality, productivity, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Above University graduate
- Years of experience: +5~6 years of packaging engineering experience
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Other Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
