CORP CDO Team_Performance & eCom Manager

Performance & e-com manager is working together with sr. performance manager for selecting & setting up KPI & measuring the performance, supporting each brand into driving the maximum revenue and sharing the analytic insights & report.  Help brands to make the E to E e-com journey from media, merchandising, Shop-in-Shop management, data collection and sales report 
  • Co-work with each division to set up the right e- com strategies & execution  
  • e JBP partner management and regular meeting set up to enable the agreed e-com activities 
  • Monitoring & suggesting the proper media activities to drive e-commerce, and tracking the results & sharing into stakeholders 
  • e-com data management & reporting set up in collaboration with e-com players, division contacts, internal IT team and global e-com tools.  

  • Global dashboard tool guidance: Performance indirect e com ( EDGE ) / Power BI ( local / global ) / understanding local e-com operations & data sharing tool & coordinating with divisions for better utilization 
  • Monitor & guidance: Able to monitor & give guidance to each division/brands based on the integrated performance analysis and also lead the operation excellency including sales forecast accuracy, optimum media allocation, and help set up the business plans including media investment, e-com media partnership, e-merchandising, animation of core catalog and operation excellency
  • Communication & leadership: Required to have the strong leadership and communication capability in cooperation with multi brands team, and support each brand team to take the relative performance activities in line with the division e-com strategic frame 


[REQUIREMENTS]
  • University graduate
  • More than 5 years + @
  • more than 4yrs experiences in brand e-com team or e-retailers players and e-com related functions. 
  • English speaking preferred 
  • Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word
