Job Title: Media & Digital Manager – Lancôme - Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Media planning & management
- Manage and oversee the planning, implementation, co-ordination and reporting of media campaign
- Plan media mix for both awareness and transactional media campaigns (TVC, OOH, Digital etc)
- Own the development, execution, optimizations of paid &owned media
- Maintain day-to-day operations of paid & owned media campaign
- Develop media strategy to raise brand awareness and reinforce the brand positioning align with product and E-com channel strategy
- Maintains accurate budget tracking and communicate potential under or overspends
- Identify new growth opportunities in performance media via new channels or beta-testing with existing partners
- In charge of media asset development and management: Develop AD copy and contents with E-COM team and PM team
- Manage brand Kakao talk account and develop Kakao talk push message contents
- Roll out the brand’s digital activities and ensure its consistency with the brand sense of purpose
Reporting and Analysis
- Analyze paid media activities in order to demonstrate campaign impact and align to brand’s business objectives
- Extracts performance insights from campaign data, identifying relevant trends and proactive recommendations
- Use analytics to track and understand the consumer experience across channels (Web, Mobile, Social Network and Media)
- Assess each touch point’s effectiveness in terms of achieving its intended purpose against both business and consumer experience objectives.
- Connect with the entire entity ecosystem (General Management, Marketing, IT, Finance)
- Improve consumer experience and maximize the impact of media through the analysis and the management of all interactions/touch points in line with the brand’s/project’s DNA and objectives
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Years of experience : +5 years
- Specific Career Experience :
- Cosmetic company experience is preferred.
- Experience in media planning/execution either at agency or brand
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Other Skills :
- Proficiency in MS office
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
