Product Lifecycle and Forecast Management
- Orchestrate product management to achieve brand business objectives
- Ensure product sales forecast accuracy reflected by online & off channel disposition
- Analyze data on product segment/category to make recommendations on brand strategy
New launch and Campaign
- Actively lead campaign driven by key pillar and understanding of online & offline channel business
- Develop and flawlessly execute new product launches and pillar product campaigns based on strong consumer & market insight.
- Develop product marketing strategy and 360° marketing program including On & Off integrated
- plan (Product pinpoint concept / On & Off promotion and consumer touch / GWP / PLV)
- Develop marketing collaterals including DM & digitalized contents to maximize delivery of product key communications
Others
- Work and collaborate effectively with other departments to achieve business objective
- (Supply chain, E-com, Retail, Communications, and Merchandizing, RA)
- Indicate ownership and a sense of responsibility with endurance.
[QUALIFICATIONS]
Over 3+ years of experience:
- Experience in the cosmetic industry as a Product Manager
- And in-depth insight into the Skincare category preferred
- University graduate
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Computer skill proficiency: Excel and Powerpoint is must / SAP preferred
