A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Reporting to the Digital Innovation Service Director, you'll be a pivotal member of the L'Oréal Korea CDMO team, driving our social and advocacy strategies. You'll analyze influencer and advocacy data to make strategic decisions, significantly impacting L'Oréal's Korean brand presence. This dynamic role requires you to collaborate extensively with various digital functions within the CDMO team and across L'Oréal brands. You'll create innovative consumer journeys, test new approaches through pilot projects, and develop strategies to leverage social commerce for increased brand visibility, sales, and customer engagement. This position demands a unique blend of data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize results in a constantly evolving market.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage Traackr and L'Oréal's proprietary tools to meticulously analyze key influencer and advocacy KPIs. Provide insightful reports, identifying campaign improvements and recommending data-driven optimizations to enhance performance.
- Strategic Best Practices: Cascade L'Oréal's Influencer Golden Rules to ensure consistent best practices and compliance across brands, emphasizing effective influencer and advocacy data utilization.
- Market Trend Navigation: Maintain a deep understanding of the highly dynamic Korean influencer market, proactively identifying emerging trends and opportunities to enhance brand influence and engagement. Explore and implement new platforms and strategies for driving sales and engagement.
- Cross-Brand Synergy: Partner with various L'Oréal brands to leverage synergies and maximize the impact of influencer & advocacy initiatives.
- Social Commerce Innovation: Actively contribute to developing and implementing strategies leveraging social commerce to boost brand visibility, sales, and customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop innovative approaches, always informed by data.
- Agency Collaboration: Maintain consistent communication with external agency partners, ensuring seamless alignment on campaign strategies, execution, and reporting
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Years of experience: 7+ years of Social Influencer marketing experience
- Experience:
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the Korean digital landscape and consumer behavior, coupled with proven experience in managing Influencer content. They are a data-driven individual with excellent analytical skills and a passion for leveraging insights to drive results. They are also a strong communicator, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Data Analysis Expertise: Proficient in using relevant social & influencer analytics tools, with a demonstrated ability to interpret and utilize influencer and advocacy data to inform strategic decisions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective Influencer strategies aligned with L'Oréal's overall goals, informed by a deep understanding of influencer and advocacy dynamics.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clearly communicate complex data insights, and build strong relationships with external agency partners.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Korean digital landscape and consumer behavior, including a strong understanding of social commerce trends and opportunities and a strong understanding of the Korean influencer and creator ecosystem.
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Other Skills:
- Strong awareness of APAC digital & e-commerce trends and competitive landscape
- Proficient in Excel & PPT
