Job Title: MSL Planner – 3CE Global Supply Chain -Operation
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
The position is in charge of 3CE OMA KR supply planning management and new launch projects for APAC CPD makeup catalogues.
This role manages the supply planning for regular cruising items with affiliates in agile way, IDC stock management and E&O management.
This role is key representative from supply chain function in the new launch management circle to manage resources and supply planning for projects with MSC and all other DOA functions – PD, DMI, Sourcing and so forth. This position is also in charge of the key communication on launch sizing & validation, brand catalogue strategies aligned with all business stakeholders – zone marketing and countries.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Manage demand and supply planning on monthly basis for high level of service rate of APAC affiliates.
- Responsible for inventory optimization with minimizing shortage, slow-moving and obsolete.
- Conduct monthly stock equation and analysis vs KPIs with team.
- Manage launch sizing review and validation aligned with zone marketing and countries based on strategies.
- Lead MSL monthly meeting with affiliates and analysis market trends.
- Implement quarterly update of safety stock, liability & ABC with hyper care for APO.
- Collaborate with PD, DMI, IDC teams for new product launches or shipment schedules.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Year of Experience : 2-7+ years
- Experience:
- SAP, APO advantageous
- FMCG Preferred
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English.
- Other Skills: Team player, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Cross-functional, Excel & PPT
