Job Title: E-Key Account Manager - La Roche Posay Sales team
A DAY IN LIFE
- Build, accurately forecasts and achieve the account (s) results: turnover, market share, profit. Plan all growth drivers accordingly.
- Build the joint business plan with the account(s). Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and lead the Account (s) negotiations, escalating when relevant. Build the action plan to implement the Division and channel strategy.
- Reports and share market situation (share of business), condition, needs, and changes to relevant functions periodically.
- Act as the expert of his/ her account to feed a retailer-centric account planning process, to ensure as much alignment as possible, - Builds a retailer specific development plan, and a compelling story to get retailer buying in. Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer’s. Anticipate ecommerce channel dynamics (trend/competition/New e-platform) to provide a vision to stake holders
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Lead JBP(joint business plan), adapting JBP frame and way of working to accelerate retailer’s’ growth & optimization
- Develop a triple win (Larocheposay, retailer and shopper) strategy, adequate mix activation plan
- Build a trustful relation with counterparts at retailers
- Store visit (online & offline) to enrich discussion with retailers with data
QUALIFICAITON
- University graduate
- +4 years
- Selling, negotiating, and leveraging insights to deliver customer and company plans.
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Proficient with MS skill
