Now we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Key Account Manager to push the sales growth in several areas of the country.

You will:

  • Build the joint business plan with the account(s). Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities;
  • Build, accurately forecasts and achieve the account (s) results: turnover, market share, profit. Plan all growth drivers accordingly;
  • Prepare and lead the Account (s) negotiations, escalating when relevant. Build the action plan to implement the Division and channel strategy. Ensure its execution and tracking down to store level and sell out;
  • Act as the expert of his account to feed a retailer-centric account planning process, to ensure as much alignment as possible;
  • Builds a retailer specific development plan seeking mutually profitable growth with retailer KPI’s;
  • Build a deep customer understanding and strong partnership with key stakeholders at the retailer’;
  • Communicates and shares information on a regular basis with sales activation team;
  • Integrate e-commerce, digital and mobile in action plans and align with national vision and strategy;
  • Optimizes and analyses sales fundamentals and give feedback to internal teams based on account specific results, market insights and RGM focus to drive market share growth;
  • Work closely with other departments (Supply chain, Category management, finance, marketing) Connect Account key stakeholder of all functions with their L’Oréal counterpart. Ensure the consistency of L’Oréal voices when speaking to the retailer.

You have :

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and account management.
  • Proficient English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • You are resourceful and can successfully move a project forward being given vague or new tasks
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
