We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans for key clients within our portfolio, driving sales and market share expansion while fostering collaborative partnerships. The role reports to the Commercial Director for Professional Products Division Sweden.
You will
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs and priorities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute omni-channel JBPs encompassing all aspects of account growth (turnover, market share, P&L, etc.).
- Growth Activation: Identify and leverage growth levers (commercial agreements, marketing, merchandising, etc.) to achieve annual plan objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee and optimize budgets (forecasting, negotiation, promotional) to maximize ROI and achieve targets.
- Negotiation & Implementation: Lead client negotiations, establish action plans, and ensure execution with sales teams and partners.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Market Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of the beauty industry, client dynamics, and competitor strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in key account management incl negotiation, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Business-driven with strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans and with an ability to appropriately re-prioritize and change as required to meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and exceeding expectations and consumer centric mindset.
- Fluent Swedish language mastery is a must!
