This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate for people and numbers, wants to develop own potential in sales within dynamic environment of an international FMCG company. 


Main responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture the business cooperation with customers; 
  • Build the joint business plan with Customers. Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing customer perspective, risks and opportunities. 
  • Build, accurately forecasts and achieve Customer results.
  • Prepare and lead the Customer negotiations. Build the action plan to implement the Division and channel strategy. Ensure its execution and tracking down to store level and sell out. 
  • Act as the expert of your Customer; sales results and market trends analyses including competitors;
  • Interact effectively with other internal stakeholders in order to support business processes and grow your customer in profitable and sustainable way.


Your skills

  • Results oriented mindset;
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment;
  • Good teamwork skills;
  • Ability to work simultaneously on more than 1 task with high attention to detail;
  • At least 2 year experience in KAM position or similar role. Preferably in FMCG 
  • Power user of Excel;
  • Fluent in Latvian and English;
  • Category B driving license.
