<Job Description>

In order to contribute brand growth through Talent Mgmt, Organization Design and CultureTransformation, drive all of HR initiatives with stakeholders, reporting to HR Director of DMI.

1.Attract, recruit the best and diversified talent locally and globally, and internally and externally, with thecooperation with HRBP in L'Oreal group and Talent Aquisiion team. Ensure the onboarding plan with hiringmanager.

2.Upskilling. Plan and carry out a training program upon the needs for upskilling, inspiration and changemanagement, with the cooperation with local & global HR Learning team.

3. Facilitate the people review and strengthen the succession pipelines, maximizing the LOreal globalecosystem. Be close to people to capture individual career aspiration and support building the career path,internally and internationally in collaboration with line managers, and reginoal or global HR team.

4. Drive employee centricity in line with company transformation projects, to foster engagement and realizeGrate place to work. Facilitating the survey, analysis, action planning and roll-out of the initiatives with businessleaders.

5. Manage Employee data on HR system in daily basis, support Headcount and personal cost simulation forbudget & trend quartely, and support Year End performance evaluation process annually.

6. Ensure legal security at both individual and collective levels, as well as compliance with HR processes andpractices, according to applicable legal provisions.

Must Have Aspects 必須項目

・Both Japanese and English - Business level

・5 years HR experience such as Recruiting, Learning, Project management, Change management, labor matters

・Experience in an international environment in a middle or large scale company, work with multiple stake holders

・Proximity to people, Interactive communication skill with empathy, collaborative spirit.

・Resilience with changes, challenges and conflict

・MS Outlook, Excel, Power point, Word , Teams- intermideate

・Japan labour low basic knowleage

・Living abroad either at school or at work
