Lead our simplicity transformation program on agile ways of working,
innovation and feedback culture. Create and implement innovative and efficient
learning solutions according to the business & HR needs, and group learning
policy.
- Constantly diagnose individuals, teams and
organizations short and medium-term needs to promote a culture of agility,
feedback and innovation
- Create, roll-out and evaluate high quality learning solutions, communication campaigns, change management follow up that combine a variety of media/methodologies and foster simplicity LOréal culture and agile ways of working
- Design and ensure the implementation of activation plans and communication with business leaders.
- Identify, recruit, develop and reward internal speakers/trainers
- Manage partnership with external providers/consultants/experts/certified trainers
- Facilitate learning events & workshops by respecting the unique learning experience
- Measure the learning impact for continuous improvement and communicate to the business
- Monitor the budget allocated and optimize learning investments efficiency
- Use of data and metrics to drive learning activity as a business
- Stay up-to-date on learning news and trends

Requirements
· Extensive experience leading transformation projects of large scale
· Learning design, facilitation of learning events online and offline
· Able to work with senior stakeholders and engage them throughout the change process
· Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, project management skills.
· Consulting skills and knowledge of SCRUM agile methodologies would be an advantage, but is not essential
· Fluent in Chinese & English (writing and speaking)
· Proficiency in MsOffice
· Bachelor degree
