Join our SeedZ Management Trainee Program is a challenging and unique way to start your career at L’Oréal!

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

 

You will begin your journey at L’Oréal Operations by rotating in 3 different positions in L'Oréal Warsaw PlantPerformance (Engineering Project Management), Quality (Manufacturing Process), EHS & Facilities for a total of 18 months (6 months for each position). A mentor will upskill and coach you during your journey.


You will have cross-skilling functions, a 360° thrilling experience with concrete impact all along your missions, immersion with operators and you will develop your skills.

 

After you have graduated from L’Oréal SeedZ, you will be transitioned into a permanent position, where you will continue to grow and find your purpose within the Plant. The program will prepare you to take on the role of Junior Project Manager responsible for engineering projects in production environment

For 27 years, Poland has been home to one of the largest L'Oréal factories in the world in terms of production volume. Currently, L'Oréal Warsaw Plant produces over 400 million cosmetics annually, including shampoos, body lotions, toners, micellar waters, deodorants, and hair dyes. These cosmetics, manufactured near Warsaw, are distributed to consumers worldwide. Due to its scale, unique profile, and advanced technological solutions, L'Oréal Warsaw Plant is one of the Group's most important production facilities.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Be innovative, bring unexpected ideas, able to push the boundaries and to contribute to solving complex challenges. 
  • Recent master's degree in engineering accomplished (path: Management and Production Engineering, Chemical and Process Engineering, Automation and Robotics).
  • Have a first working experience in the production industry.
  • Proficient in Polish and English; French is a plus.
  • Learning agility and flexibility to adapt to different contexts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Mobile in Europe during the next years.

 

HIRING PROCESS

  • HR Interview
  • Business Case (2h of preparation, 30 min to present)
  • Interview with the Plant Director 
  • Final Interview with the HR Director of Manufacturing & Quality-EHS and the Technical Director of the area
